For over 25 years, Shauky Gulamani has embraced the professional hairdressing industry with passion, talent and creative genius. He has uniquely combined the artistry of hair, education, sales and marketing to a new level of success.

As a stylist trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, Shauky sought out every avenue to learn more and enhance his hairdressing career. With hard work, passion and determination, he succeeded as a successful stylist, salon owner, teacher, District Sales Educator, National Sales Manager, and distributor. His amazing career expanded over England, Canada, and the United States. His hair artistry has been published in both trade and consumer magazines around the world, while his creative hands-on talents graced numerous movie sets, celebrities, Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants plus the competition circuit. As a competitor, Shauky has won over 25 awards! He views hair as art utilizing all of his artistic talents to create a masterpiece. The photographer becomes his paint brush while the camera lens becomes his canvas, ready to capture his imaginative ideas and concepts on film.

According to Shauky, “learning never ceases but is the foundation of our future”. The areas of hairdressing, education, sales and marketing are a vital part of his existence and being. His entire staff of sales, marketing and public relations personnel work in unison utilizing Shauky’s ideas and vision.

His vision for the future is simple by helping the world understand how important our industry is and how we, as hairdressers, effect the lives of others. Once asked “if you could do anything you want, or change anything in your career, what would it be”? His answer was, “I would not change anything. I love what I do and I will continue doing it and bettering myself because I feel that I was meant to be in this industry. I will never regret it”.
