Andrea Berner is the VP, Business and Legal Affairs for The Miss Universe Organization.

Before joining the Miss Universe Organization, Andrea was the Deputy General Counsel and Director of Corporate Privacy at Penton Media, Inc. Prior to that, Andrea was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP focusing on IP law, antitrust and litigation matters.

Andrea was born in NYC but spent her childhood in Longmeadow, MA. She returned to New York to attend Columbia University where she received her undergraduate degree in 1994 and graduated cum laude from Cardozo School of Law in 1997, where she was the Supervising Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.

Andrea resides in Brooklyn with her husband and two great kids and is very proud of her greatest golf achievement: a hole-in-one.
